Submission of Ideas
FYEO and its employees are in constant development of new products, technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing and promotional plans, and product names. We welcome you to submit your ideas for us to review and provide comments. Because we receive a number of submissions, FYEO may not review or provide comments on your submission and shall assume no responsibility for doing so. By submitting your idea, you grant to FYEO a limited, non-exclusive, royalty free license to evaluate and use such submission. That license permits us to evaluate, use, and understand your submission while allowing you to retain ownership of the submission. All submissions will be non-confidential and will not be returned. There may be times that your submission is similar to an idea FYEO is developing or has developed. In order to avoid any misunderstanding as to ownership, priority, or rights to any particular idea, you agree that FYEO shall retain all rights to the products that it develops and you will not contest FYEO’s rights in those products. As FYEO has made over 500 products and is continuing to introduce products already developed, under development, and in future development, you agree that you will bring no legal action against FYEO and will hold FYEO harmless for any products FYEO designs, develops, makes, sells, or markets, even if your submitted idea was similar.
Feedback
FYEO welcomes user feedback regarding its business and products. In providing feedback, however, users should be mindful of FYEO’s Submission policy, set forth in these Terms of Use. If you want to send us your feedback, please provide only specific feedback on FYEO’s existing products, promotions, or business. Do not include any submissions that FYEO’s Terms of Use will not permit FYEO to consider. All feedback shall be deemed non-confidential and FYEO shall be free to use such feedback on an unrestricted basis.
Contests and Sweepstakes
FYEO may run contests or sweepstakes of various types from time to time. Such promotions may be promoted or described on this Web site, or may include use of the Web site as part of the operation of the contest or sweepstakes. All such contests and sweepstakes are subject to the complete and official rules of the contest or sweepstakes even if those rules are not found on this Web site, and are void where prohibited, taxed or regulated. Coupons
FYEO may allow consumers to download discount coupons from our Web site. All such coupon offers are subject to all of the rules and regulations stated thereon and on the portions of the Web site relating thereto, and all coupons are void where taxed, regulated or restricted. No coupons may be transferred or reproduced in any way. Attempts to circumvent or violate the limitations on any coupons or offers voids the coupon or offer.
PURCHASE and RETURNS POLICY
Please note that purchases from our “Special Deals” Product category are considered heavily discounted and may include further reductions such as free shipping. These deals are considered final sales. No returns or exchanges are accepted with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise returned within 30 days and with a prior issued Return Authorization (RA) number to a specified returns address assigned at the time of the RA. A replacement for such authorized returned item will be shipped within 2 weeks of receipt at our facility. No other returns or exchanges will be accepted. To initiate an authorized exchange, go to the “Ask Lori” section of the website and select “Customer Service”, then select “I have a specific product question”. Enter the date of purchase, description of product, explanation of the issue, along with your exchange request and you will receive a reply within 5 working days.
Products featured on other pages of our website may be purchased from other independent retailers. If such a product is selected for more details and is offered for sale by another website, that seller’s website will pop up in a separate window. All purchase and returns policies of that independent seller apply.

FYEO shall have no responsibility to provide access to this Web site while the interruption of this Web site due to any such cause shall continue. FYEO may discontinue providing access to this Web site at any time.
Released Parties make no representations or promises to develop, provide or market any software, service or product discussed on this Web site, and you shall not rely on the information provided or the prospect of availability of any software, service, or product currently in development or currently anticipated to be made available in the future.

Jurisdiction
FYEO controls and operates this Web site from Chicago, Illinois, in the United States of America. These Terms of Use, and the agreement they create, shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Illinois. You agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this website or any sweepstakes or promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Agreement to the Terms of Use shall be deemed to have been executed in Chicago, Illinois. Unless expressly stated otherwise, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Chicago, Illinois, expressly waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue, and further consent that any process, notice of motion or other application to such courts or a judge thereof may be served outside the State of Illinois by registered or certified mail or by personal service, provided that a reasonable time for appearance is allowed.
Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time, by destroying all materials obtained from the Web site, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations.
FYEO may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice to you if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.
In addition, by providing material on a Web site, FYEO does not in any way promise that the materials will remain available to you. And FYEO is entitled to terminate all or part of any of its Web site at any time, without notice to you.
Copyright Policy
FYEO prohibits the submission of any copyrighted material without the user first obtaining the prior written consent of the copyright owner.
